My Story

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of supervising a diverse team of professionals in a New York City based mental health agency and as well as an independent clinical consultant nationwide. My experience has involved overseeing case management, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to clients from various backgrounds. I have implemented training programs to enhance the skills of my team, fostered a collaborative and supportive work environment, and maintained compliance with regulatory standards. My role has also included conducting performance evaluations, offering guidance on complex cases, and promoting best practices in mental health care. This extensive experience has honed my leadership abilities and deepened my commitment to improving the well-being of individuals and particularly the Chinese American communities.
